The curriculum covers a wide range of topics including technical leadership, management, coaching education, and amateur football.

Reflecting on the opportunity, Bai Lili expressed her excitement about the chance to enhance her knowledge and leadership skills alongside experts from around the globe. Starting the journey in Brazil holds particular significance, given the country’s rich football history as the record-holder for most World Cup trophies.

Following the workshop in Brazil, participants will embark on independent projects in their respective fields while engaging in an online learning program. The group will reconvene in Japan later this year for further sessions, with additional in-person gatherings planned for 2024.
